We need to decide on how to enter new business rules

One of the things that we’re not going to decide on right now is how to enter new business rules. This could be in a text file the business rules engine depends on, or in some sort of database. A user interface could be built or we could let developers edit the source directly. We feel this is too much of a detail to focus our attention on in this stage of the application’s development, it should be decided when the systems are being designed at a more fine-grained level.
